We believe the power is in “we” not “I”

• We help each other succeed
• We have the courage to be candid and transparent
• We seek first to understand
• We treat everyone with respect
• We challenge ideas not individuals
• We celebrate the successes of our colleagues

Judgment

We think first then act smart

• We put what's best for the team and the company at the center of our decisions
• We take smart risks and make tough decisions in the face of uncertainty
• We do what is right even when no one is looking
• We question actions inconsistent with our values
• We are good stewards of the company’s resources
