Second Straight Great Place to Work Certification™ Based Entirely on Anonymous Employee Input

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — For the second straight year, Essentia, Inc. has been Certified™ by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Essentia. This year, 90% of employees said it’s a great place to work – 33 points higher than the average U.S. company and 17 points higher than Essentia rated last year.

The honor comes just weeks after Essentia was named among The America’s Fastest Growing Companies by the Financial Times and Statista. It also comes at a pivotal time in the company’s growth. In the past year, the network infrastructure deployment company expanded from primarily working with Telecom Carriers to also supporting the Cable and Critical Infrastructure / Utility industries.
