Essentia Ranks No. 2137 on the 2025 Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies

Powered by 201.27% growth over three years, Essentia is recognized on the 2025 Inc. 5000.

NEW YORK, the leading media brand and playbook for the entrepreneurs and business leaders shaping our future, today announced that Essentia is No. 2137 on the annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The list provides a data-driven snapshot of the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent, entrepreneurial businesses. Past honorees include companies such as Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Under Armour, Timberland, Oracle, and Patagonia.

“Being named to the Inc. 5000 reflects our team’s relentless drive and unwavering commitment to our clients. In a rapidly evolving telecom landscape, we’ve stayed true to our mission: empowering our clients to win in every new era of connectivity. Our growth is driven by our dedication to quality, speed, and a culture that puts people first,” said Lindon Hayes, Chairman & Founder of Essentia, Inc.

This year’s Inc. 5000 honorees have demonstrated exceptional growth while navigating economic uncertainty, inflationary pressure, and a fluctuating labor market. Among the top 500 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate reached 1,552 percent, and those companies have collectively added more than 48,678 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.

Essentia ranked No. 2137 overall on the 2025 Inc. 5000, placing No. 55 in North Carolina and No. 24 in the Charlotte-Concord-Gastonia metro area. With a three-year growth rate of 201.27%, the company also achieved an impressive No. 131 ranking in the construction industry category, further underscoring Essentia’s leadership in telecom infrastructure innovation.

This recognition is the result of our ongoing commitment to empowering clients to win in every new era of connectivity by solving the industry’s most pressing challenges. As the landscape around BEAD and U.S. broadband policy continues to evolve, we are actively guiding our partners through these changes, delivering strategic insights and turnkey solutions that help accelerate network deployment and maximize funding opportunities. Our leadership is also evident in our ongoing 2025 tradeshow journey, where we continue to showcase innovation and connect with industry leaders. Additionally, being voted the No. 1 Favorite Design Vendor at WOW! for 2024-2025 underscores our reputation for customer-centric solutions and design excellence. Our commitment to innovation and a people-first culture has also been recognized with the prestigious Tellabs Award for outstanding performance in network solutions, as well as the 2025-2026 Great Place to Work® Certification. These achievements, driven by our relentless focus on quality, speed, and technology, continue to fuel Essentia’s growth and impact across the telecom industry.

“Making the Inc. 5000 is always a remarkable achievement, but earning a spot this year speaks volumes about a company’s tenacity and clarity of vision,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “These businesses have thrived amid rising costs, shifting global dynamics, and constant change. They didn’t just weather the storm—they grew through it, and their stories are a powerful reminder that the entrepreneurial spirit is the engine of the U.S. economy.”

Inc. will celebrate the honorees at the 2025 Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala, taking place October 22–24 in Phoenix, and the top 500 will be listed in the Fall issue of Inc. magazine.
